Healthcare Report

The Healthcare report pertains to the Affordable Care Act, which is available only in the United States. This report is only for use by Franchisees in the USA.

The Healthcare report lists estimated and actual schedule information within an organization for a particular week.

  1. From the LiveIQ toolbar, click Labor.

  2. Select Reports > Healthcare Report.

  3. Select the organization and date for the report.

  4. Review the report to determine which employees are considered full-time according to the Affordable Care Act (130 hours or more on average per month). [Show image.][Hide image.]

    The following sample report shows full-time employees noted with a red Y. Those who are not considered full-time are represented with a green N.

    This report is provided as an aid to calculate employee hours for the requirements of the Affordable Care Act. Total compliance cannot be assumed based on this report alone; contact an employment adviser for the details of full compliance.
